The Chalet Burja is located at an altitude of 1,537 metres and sits next to the ski slopes. Guests can enjoy breathtaking views of Triglav Mountain, Slovenia's highest peak. The property is located 150 metres from the chairlift, and it is only a few minutes' walk to the beautiful Lake Bohinj. The Sava River is also in the locale. The city centre is 4 kilometres away, and is filled with shops, restaurants, bars, and more. There is also a good selection of amenities and facilities in the village. The Aqua Park is easy to reach. In the winter months, one can enjoy the many varying ski tracks of the Vogel ski area, as well as cross country skiing and other snow activities. In the summer, the area is perfect for exploring by foot and by bicycle.

The quaint wooden house was completely renovated in 2008, thus providing modern features and high levels of comfort. There are 8 rooms in the chalet, each with an en suite bathroom. Rooms also have a TV and a DVD player. Guests can enjoy the amazing views of the sweeping Julian Alps.

Onsite you will find a small gift shop, a snack kiosk, and a boutique. There is also a sauna, which is a perfect way to relax and unwind at the end of a busy and active day. In the reception area there is a saftey deposit box. Guests can enjoy a hearty and filling breakfast in the breakfast room. There are a variety of restaurants in close reach of the chalet, serving a good selection of different foods. You can enjoy Slovenian specialities, international cuisine, and there are vegetarian options.

There is plenty of outdoor parking available and there is also wifi internet access throughout the chalet.
