Cancellation:

If the cancellation occurs at your own request, you are entitled to a certain refund of the amount paid. The refund amount varies, depending on the time when reservation was made and at later time cancelled.

Refund amount:

• To cancel reservation up to 30 days before arrival day, you will be charged 15% of total reservation price, with a minimum of 15 euros

• When reservation is cancelled 29-22 days before arrival day, you will be charged 30% of total reservation price

• from 21 to 15 days before arrival day, 40% of total reservation price is charged

• from 14 to 8 days before arrival day, 80% of total reservation price is charged

• from 7 to 0 days before arrival day, 100% of total reservation price is charged

• For cancellation after the departure or when passenger does not appear in the reserved accommodation, we shall charge 100% of total reservation price
