The Chalet Hostel Murka is situated at an altitude of 1,537 metres, and is right on the incredible ski slopes with gorgeous views of the Julian Alps and Mount Triglav. In the winter months guests can enjoy fantastic skiing, snow boarding, cross country skiing, snow shoe hiking, and other snow activities. Summers promise excellent hiking, cycling, horse riding, and more.
The hostel has 14 two bed rooms, and two rooms with three and four beds. Bunk beds maximise space in the simple but functional rooms. Renovated in 2008, the rooms are clean and offer an ideal base for enjoying the stunning surrounding areas. Toilets and showers are shared, and they are located on the ground floor. Each room has its own sink and mirror. Cots for babies are available (surcharge).
There are good facilities and amenities for visitors within easy reach of the hostel, including restaurants, bars, and shops. Visitors will find a Finnish sauna at the neighbouring property. Great places to visit include the Aqua Park and the Sava River. There are several children's play areas in the vicinity.
Pets may be allowed for an additional fee. Guests can find parking in the nearby area.
