PASSES & TICKETS – POINTS OF SALE

Ski passes and cable car tickets can be purchased every day at the lower or upper Vogel cable car stations.

Tickets for the summer Orlove glave quad chairlift rides are available on operating days at the quad chairlift entrance and exit points.

General Terms and Conditions

  • Once purchased, passes/tickets are non-returnable and non-refundable.
  • No refunds or replacements can be provided for lost passes/tickets.
  • In case of any complaints please contact the ski patrol or the Information Office (ticket office) at the lower or upper cable car stations.
  • Passes/tickets are sold and monitored via a computer system. Despite the automatic monitoring system, visitor must show their passes/tickets to an authorised person upon request.
  • Advertising in our facilities is subject to a special agreement with Žičnice Vogel. Arbitrary advertising is not allowed. The removal of advertising material will be billed accordingly.
  • Events in the area of Žičnice Vogel are subject to agreement with the company management.
  • Goods are transported by a cableway supply line. Please see prices for details. Please inform the technical manager or the Information Office at the lower cable car station of the transport in advance.
  • Deterioration in the weather, fog, wind, a pause or a stop in the operation of individual lifts does not constitute a reason for a refund or an extension of pass/ticket validity . Make sure you are informed about the weather and operational conditions at the lower cable car station ticket office prior to purchasing a pass/ticket. There is an information board next to the ticket office, showing which lifts are in operation.
  • The company is not liable for any untimely delivery or for the transport of goods with improper packaging (damage, frozen goods etc. ). Goods are to be packed properly and ready for transport by the lifts, and protected against theft, otherwise the owner or owner’s representative must accompany the goods.
  • The company is not liable for any vehicles parked in the parking spaces of Žičnice Vogel.
  • The company is not liable for any physical injuries or damage to the equipment of pass/ticket holders or other people if the injuries or damage are a result of a failure to consider: the conditions on maintained and marked trails, the number of visitors, the weather, the signs and/or instructions of the lift operator, your physical fitness, proper sports equipment, the participation in activities under the influence of alcohol or drugs etc.
  • With the purchase of the pass/ticket the holder is insured against any physical injuries or damage to goods or equipment during transportation on all lifts if the injuries or damage are due to the fault or negligence of the lift operator.
  • Complaints and reports about physical injuries and damage to goods or equipment are possible in the Information Office at the lower cable car station.
  • If the company finds that a visitor has caused any damage to any lifts or any other facilities at the ski resort, the person responsible or his/her guardian is obliged to compensate for the damage. The company reserves the right to initiate a criminal prosecution for damage to third party property and for endangering the safety of transfers.
  • Written and spoken instructions from lift staff are to be considered on all lifts.

PARKING

Due to the increased number of visitors, the parking spaces may be occupied.
Parking on the main road is not allowed and is punishable by a fine.
We recommend P&R car parks with, mostly free, public transport (see Line 1 and regular lines).

THE PATH THROUGH ŽAGARJEV GRABEN CLOSED!

The route through the Žagarjev graben is currently used as a construction site transport route.

That's why any transition is strictly forbidden for everyone!
